The idea was born from Ivan in the midst of Covid in 2020, after a fishing trip on Lake Ceresio (Lugano).

He noticed that the lures used up to that point (foreign production) worked better only after being damaged at the tail. The lures used, available on the market at that time, did not offer the flexibility in terms of use sought by Ivan. 

From then on, a long path of endless evening and weekend work sessions began to develop the first lure. The investment has paid off, after two years of research and development, the first final result was achieved in June 2022 with a first 10 cm lure in silicone, enriched with natural additives to flavor the composition, as well as to give it a movement and consistency as natural and attractive as possible for predatory fish.

The results were amazing, the lure works perfectly and with proven results also from other fishermen in the region and beyond. The lures are optimized for Zander Perca Luccio Persico Barsch Forelle Hecht. 

Pontotech Sagl was finally founded in January 2023.

Part of the production is done in cooperation with the OSC in Mendrisio.

The technology used for the development of prototypes and molds is innovative and low cost: 3D printing.

This allows us to extremely reduce the costs of prototyping and create molds used for production with the same technology. 

We can also develop custom products on customer request, a service that is not currently offered by any producer, in Europe and even less in Switzerland.
