Our Shipping Return Policy

Shipping

  • We offer free shipping on orders over 49 CHF within Switzerland and select European countries. For orders below 49 CHF, a shipping fee of 9 CHF will apply for both domestic and European orders.
  • Shipping to countries outside of Europe is available upon request. Please contact our customer service team at info@pontotech.ch for a shipping quote and to arrange international shipping.
  • In Switzerland, orders are typically delivered within 3 working days if the items are in stock. For European orders, delivery is expected within 5 working days if the items are in stock.

Returns

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Pontotech Sagl. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@pontotech.ch with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item(s).
  • Please note that returned item(s) must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
